1、 Real name ticket purchase
1. The scenic area implements real name ticketing and ticket checking regulations, and visitors must accurately fill in all their identity information. The theater adopts a facial recognition system, and purchased tickets are only for the use of real name ID ticket buyers themselves. Replacement or gift is invalid.
2. After placing an order, the system automatically locks the seat and cannot exchange it. There is a probability that the same order does not have adjacent seats.
2、 Ticket inspection
After successful ticket purchase, send the ticket purchase information to the ticket purchase phone number. The text message contains information about the performance sessions and seats. Tourists are required to present their ID card and have their tickets checked through the facial recognition system to enter the park. There is no need to provide paper tickets. For the convenience of checking seat information, ticket buyers should promptly convey seat information to their peers.
3、 Ticket refund policy
1. Tourists who are unable to watch the performance due to their own reasons can have their tickets refunded for free on the ticketing platform 24 hours before the performance starts; A refund fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged for ticket refunds between 24 hours before the performance and 3 hours before the performance; A refund fee of 50% of the ticket price will be charged if the ticket is returned within 3 hours before the start of the show.
2. Due to incorrect order information input, you can apply for a free refund and order correction within 5 minutes of placing the order.
3. If the performance is suspended due to force majeure factors such as extreme weather, please exit in an orderly manner. There is no need for channels or manual operation by tourists. The system will automatically refund to the payment account, and Party A will handle the refund uniformly.
4、 Height requirements
Passengers below 1.2 meters in height are free of charge, but must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult can bring up to one free person.
5、 Supplementary ticket explanation
Tourists who need to supplement their tickets upon entry can purchase and supplement their tickets at the ticket counter. If the ticket seat is not adjacent to the original order, they will not be responsible.
6、 Change of visa policy
Once the ticket is purchased, it cannot be changed. Please plan your viewing date reasonably.
7、 Shuangluan District Cultural Benefit Project - Citizen Ticket
(1) The identity card of Shuangluan District Cultural and Benefiting the People Project is for Chengde (Eight Counties and Four Districts) section citizens who can purchase citizen tickets directly from a small program during the period when they are available for sale. After being reviewed by the system, tickets will be issued. Citizens who enter the park with citizen tickets need to present their own ID card and have their face checked before entering the park.
(2) If the ID number section is other and the ID card address is Chengde City (eight counties and four districts), please buy citizen tickets at the on-site window.
8、 Military discounts
Active duty and retired soldiers who purchase tickets at the window and hold valid documents can enjoy a 75% discount (citizen tickets do not participate in this discount)
9、 Tour Guide and Companion Admission Policy
The tour guide enters the park with the tour guide certificate and dispatch form (including electronic dispatch form); Accompanying the group with tour guide certificate and itinerary (including electronic itinerary): The driver enters the park with the A1 driver's license.
10、 VIP admission policy
Tourists who purchase Vip tickets can enter the Vip parking lot with their ticket information. Vehicles that have not purchased tickets are prohibited from entering.
11、 Pets are prohibited from entering the park.
