 　　The "Dingsheng Meiyuan" project is located on the west side of Fenglin Oasis Community, Dashanchakou, Shuangluan District, Chengde City. It covers an area of 360 acres, with a planned investment of 720 million yuan and a construction area of approximately 35500 square meters. Specifically divided into four functional areas: cultural landscape viewing area, planned to cover an area of 120 acres; Cultural and artistic entertainment area, planned to cover an area of 80 acres; Sports and cultural activity area, planned to cover an area of 80 acres; The supporting facilities area is planned to cover an area of 80 acres.
Among them: Merge the current Harley Club (formerly known as the Horse Culture Theme Park Phase I) into the sports and cultural activity area.
The other cultural landscape viewing area, cultural and artistic entertainment area, and supporting facilities area are under construction according to the plan. 210000 square meters of earthwork have been cleared and transported, with the main body of buildings 1-14, a fence of 1500 extension meters, a road of 800 extension meters, and a front yard wall of 600 extension meters. 70% of the design drawings have been completed.
